Industrial Washing

As a preliminary or follow-up action, it is necessary in many cases to put components through a washing and de-greasing process. This may be possible before sealing, for instance, after the crack test, fettling or in other circumstances in which the work piece surface has to be dust and grease-free or free from other substances adhering to it.

A high-performance washing facility is available for this purpose which has a high throughput rate and achieves the best washing results. We also make it possible, if required, to set up a short-term conservation process (approx. 6-8 weeks) for your parts, in particular if your parts shipped from overseas have to be unpacked (synthetic films) or put in intermediate storage before they are transported to the customer for JIT/JIS delivery.
